Gloria Jean Collins, 74, of Savannah, died at her daughter’s home on Tuesday, Feb. 6.
She was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Wilford Wayne and Flora Emma Pullum Cravins. She was united in marriage to Robert Floyd Collins, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Collins was a seamstress at Angelica.
She is survived by her children, Timothy Floyd Collins, Johnathan Ray Collins and Karena Dawn Collins, all of Savannah; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, David Cravins of Red Bud, Illinois; and sister, Karen Smith of Jackson, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Gail Collins; a son, Robert Keith Collins; a granddaughter; brothers, Wayne Cravins, Jerry Cravins, Alan Cravins and Donnie Cravins; and sister, Joyce Collins.
Services were held on Friday, Feb. 9, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Scott Melson and Keith Holloway officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
