Wanda Pearl Blanton Wilkins, 66, of Adamsville, died on Thursday, April 5.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Cleatous and Pearl Plexica Blanton. She was united in marriage to Joe Raymond Wilkins, who survives.
Mrs. Wilkins worked as a Home Health Care nurse for Comfort Keepers in Jackson, Tennessee, and she attended First Assembly of God in Savannah.
In addition to her husband Joe Wilkins, she is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo Moore of Cullman, Alabama; son, John Wilkins of Dickson, Tennessee; brothers, Thomas Blanton and Billy Blanton, both of Crump and Carter Blanton of Savannah; sister, Linda Blanton Ridgell of Crump; and six grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her three grandchildren.
Services were held on Sunday, April 8, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Gene Hanna officiating. Burial followed in Crump Cemetery.
