TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated March 29, 2007, and recorded in the

Register’s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee, in Record Book 439, page

743, JERRY WAYNE ALLEY, JR. and WENDY ROXANNE ALLEY conveyed In Trust to

the undersigned Trustee, the property hereinafter described to secure the

payment of the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust to Central

Bank, Savannah, Tennessee; and
WHEREAS, default has been made on said indebtedness, and Central Bank, as

the owner and holder of the note secured by said Deed of Trust, has

declared the entire balance due and payable in accordance with the terms

and provisions of said note; and
