Sale at public auction will be on March 27, 2017 on or about 11:00AM local time, at the East door of the Hardin County Courthouse, Savannah, Tennessee, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by DIANE WORLEY AND DONALD WORLEY, to ALAN E. SOUTH, Trustee, on April 16, 2012, at Record Book 555, Page 556 in the real property records of Hardin County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

Certain real property located in the 6th civil district of Hardin County, Tennessee, and which is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Being Lot No. 45 in the Hills of Pickwick Subdivision, Phase I, a plat or plan of which is of record in the Register`s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee in Plat Cabinet 5, page 81 and revised in plat cabinet 6, slide 46 and reference is heremade to said plat and the cabinets and slides where recorded for a complete and accurate description of said Lot 45 and the same is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Rising Sun Lane with the centerline of Rolling Hills Drive; thence running with a survey call North 50 degrees 57 minutes 48 seconds West, 338.36 feet to an iron pin found in the North right-of-way of Rising Sun Lane marking the Southwest corner of Michael Eckhardt property described in Record Book 446, page 196, Register`s Office of Hardin County (ROHC), said point being the Southeast corner and true point of beginning of the property herein described; thence running with said right-of-way line, North 56 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West, 44.31 feet to an iron pin found marking the Southeast corner of William Browder property described in Record Book 398, page 35 ROHC; thence running with the east line of Browder North 05 degrees 28 minutes 13 seconds West, 165.52 feet to an iron pin found marking the Southwest corner of Phillip Jackson property described in Record Book 354, page 388, ROHC; thence running with the south line of Jackson, South 67 degrees 01 minutes 06 seconds East, 9.32 feet to an iron pin found; and thence South 56 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds East, passing an iron pin found marking the southwest corner of Linda Rooks property described in Record Book 498, page 819, ROHC, at 80.38 feet, continuing 71.23 feet running in all 151.61 feet to an iron pin found marking the northwest corner of said Eckhardt property; thence running with the west line of Eckhardt, south 38 degrees 55 minutes 19 seconds West, 130.81 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.308 acres, being Lot 45 in the hills of Pickwick subdivision, Phase 1, a plat of which is recorded in plat cabinet 6, slide 46, ROHC. If the U.S. Department of Treasury/IRS, the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue, or the State of Tennessee Department of Labor or Workforce Development are listed as Interested Parties in the advertisement, then the Notice of this foreclosure is being given to them and the Sale will be subject to the applicable governmental entities’ right to redeem the property as required by 26 U.S.C. 7425 and T.C.A. §67-1-1433.
This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. This sale may be rescinded at any time. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.  The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.

Estate of Helen Faye Wilkerson
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of January, 2017, Letters Testamentary (or of administration as the case may be) in respect to the estate of Helen Faye Wilkerson, who died on August 20, 2016, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Division of the Chancery Court of Hardin County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and nonresident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same in triplicate with the clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
