TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain deed of trust executed by Lynn Churchwell on the 29th day of October, 1996, to W. Lee Lackey, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee, in Book 10Y, page 41, as modified in Record Book 370, page 337, and the note and Deed of Trust having been assigned to James F.
