Attached to said property and conveyed herewith is a 1999 Champion Advantage Mobile Home as described in the Affidavit of Affixation recorded in Record Book 393, page 504 and Record Book 517, page 870 in the Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.
This includes all heating, plumbing and lighting fixtures, door and window screens, shades and other equipment now or hereafter attached to or used in connection with the real estate herein described.
Being the same property conveyed to Stacey Plunk by deed of Holly Plunk dated March 10, 2009 and recorded in Record Book 490, page 550 in the Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.  Stacey Plunk conveyed an interest in said property to Maria Plunk to create a Tenants by the Entirety, dated June 7, 2010 and recorded in Record Book 528, page 157 in the Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.  
Said property is also subject to the lien of the 2016 and 2017 county taxes and further subject to the access easement recorded in Record Book 393, page 501 in the Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.
