NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
STATE OF TENNESSEE, COUNTY OF HARDIN
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Promissory Note heretofore executed by Diana Abrams Barker and Jay Barker, secured by a Deed of Trust dated January 3, 2013, of record in Record Book 570, Page 528, Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee, and which Deed of Trust conveyed certain property as therein described to the Trustee therein named to secure Glenn Edward Callis; and
Whereas the undersigned was appointed and substituted as Trustee pursuant to an Appointment of Substitute Trustee, dated August 10, 2017, of record in Record Book 674, Page 154, Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and Melissa G. Stewart, as Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Trustee, will on Thursday, the 26th day of October, 2017 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the East door of the Hardin County Courthouse in Savannah, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described, to the highest bidder FOR CASH, free from the statutory right of redemption, homestead, dower, and all other exemptions which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Hardin County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the center line of Libby Lane with the north right-of-way line of Tennessee Highway 57, being the southeast corner of the subject and a point in a curve having a radius of 3253.37 feet; thence running with the north right-of-way line of Tennessee Highway 57 and an arc of said curve in a clockwise direction, 187.62 feet to an iron pin marking the southeast corner of John George property described in DB 98-797, ROHC; thence leaving said highway and running with the east line of George, north 25 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds west, 96.13 feet to an iron pin marking the southeast corner of the remaining portion of Marcus Jobe property described in DB 124-513, ROHC, of which the herein described is a part, thence running with the boundary of Jobe, north 25 degrees 02 minutes 42 seconds west, 31.77 feet to an iron pin; and thence north 68 degrees 47 minutes 03 seconds east, 189.67 feet to a PK nail in the center line of Libby Lane; thence running with the center line of said road, south 19 degrees 15 minutes 36 seconds east, 25.85 feet; and south 25 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds east, 72.47 feet to the point of beginning containing .486 acres, including 0.057 acres in the prescriptive right-of-way area of Libby Lane. (Description according to the survey of David Cagle, R.L.S., TN #497).
Diana Abrams Barker obtained title to the foregoing real property by Deed of Marcus Brady Jobe and wife, Theresia Ann Jobe, dated July 25, 2003, of record in Record Book 322, Page 202, Register’s Office of Hardin County, Tennessee.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose.
