It appearing to the Court from the sworn petition or affidavit filed in this cause that the whereabouts of the Respondent/Defendant, TERRY PLEASANT, PHYLLIS PLEASANT and UNKNOWN CHILDREN OF HOLLIS PLEASANT, are presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon him/her.  Therefore, this Order of Publication should be published in the Savannah Courier newspaper located in Savannah, Hardin County, Tennessee, as the best possible notice to the Respondent/ Defendant under the circumstances. 
Respondent/Defendant, TERRY PLEASANT, PHYLLIS PLEASANT and UNKNOWN CHILDREN OF HOLLIS PLEASANT, is hereby required to appear and file an answer with Martha Smith, the Clerk and Master of the Hardin County Chancery Court, Hardin County Courthouse, 465 Main Street, Savannah, Tennessee, or otherwise defend against the Petition/Complaint to Quiet Title, and to serve an answer to said petition by December 18, 2017, which is thirty (30) days from the last day of publication of this notice, and send a copy of said answer to Ryan M. Hagenbrok, Attorney for Petitioners/Plaintiff in this cause, whose address is 60 Brazelton Street, Savannah, Tennessee, 38372, or default judgment will be entered against the Respondent/Defendant, TERRY PLEASANT, PHYLLIS PLEASANT and UNKNOWN CHILDREN OF HOLLIS PLEASANT, and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Hardin County, Tennessee, sitting in the Hardin County Courthouse in Savannah, Tennessee, ex parte as to Respondent/ Defendant, TERRY PLESANT, PHYLLIS PLEASANT and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HOLLIS PLEASANT. 
If there is no answer, a hearing on Petitioners’/Plaintiffs’ motion for default shall be heard on January 2, 2018.   Failure to answer or appear may result in: TERRY PLESANT, PHYLLIS PLEASANT and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF HOLLIS PLEASANT  being divested of all right title and interest in real property located in Hardin County, Tennessee and the Petitioner, DAVID SCHACHLE, being vested with title in the same.

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated the 20th day of July, 2007, of record in the Register’s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee, in Record Book 448, page 742, corrected by a Scriveners Affidavit in Record Book 451, page 352 and said deed of trust was  modified in Record Book 503, page 743, Record Book 508, page 284, Record Book 518, page 80 and Record Book 526, page 635; RODNEY W.
