WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated the 12th day of December, 1998, of record in the Register’s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 11-U, page 52, DAPHNE SHANDS ELZEY, now known as DAPHNE MANESS, did convey her interest in trust to W.
