Substitute Trustee’s Notice of Sale of Real Estate
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid in a certain Deed of Trust, executed the 18th day of February, 2015, Garrett Bradley and Whitney A. WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated the 1st day of April, 2009, of record in the Register’s Office for Hardin County, Tennessee, in Record Book 493, page 308, SHARON HARVEY GOODMAND f/k/a SHARON E. DEFAULT having been made  in  the  terms,  conditions  and payments  provided for in a certain note, dated September 11, 2013, payable to the order of the Wayne County Bank, which note is mentioned in and secured by a certain deed of trust of even date executed by the mortgagor listed above to J.
