Feb. 21– Last night’s severe weather outbreak across Hardin County blew over trees, knocked out power in some areas and toppled a church steeple.
There were no reports of injuries, according to Hardin County Fire Chief Melvin Martin.
The brunt of the line of storms hit Savannah at around 6:15 p.m.
“It was a good 60-plus mph when it came through,” Martin said.
