Cardinals and Tigers cruise to Jamboree wins

Playing in the Star Physical Therapy Jamboree Friday night in Henderson, the Adamsville Cardinals and Hardin County Tigers each picked up impressive victories.

Competing in contest number two of the evening, the Cards used two touchdowns from senior Zak Neary, along with a hard-hitting defense, to put a 19-6 win over Humboldt on the scoreboard.

Taking on the home team Chester County Eagles in the fourth and final time slot of the Jamboree, the Tigers completely controlled the line of scrimmage, not allowing CCHS to pick up a first down until very late in the action. Will Shelton, Blakney Austin and Brandon Luna found the end zone in Hardin County’s 21-7 victory.
