Share your ice storm photos with Courier readers

Jan. 30– You can share your ice storm photos and memories with fellow Courier readers.

Just email them, with "Ice Storm Photos" in the subject line, to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Cell phone photos are welcome. Facebook users can post photos on our Facebook page, which has grown to 1,227 fans as of this morning.

Roads, particularly back roads, remain hazardous. Ice-coated tree limbs are continuing to fall, so be careful when walking beneath trees.

Crews from TVEC and PEC are currently checking for downed lines, and power outages have been reported in some areas. Facebook users are also encouraged to post outage locations on the Courier Facebook page.
