Mary Beth Gurley

Mary Beth Arendall Gurley, 74, of Waterloo, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, July 27, at Harden Medical Center., the daughter of Joe and Nita Tidwell Arendall.
She was united in marriage to Richard Lee Gurley.
She graduated from Adamsville High School and attended Freed-Hardeman college. She was an executive secretary at Leader Federal Bank and Savings for 18 years. She was also a member of the Memphis Area Business and Professional Women and served a term as President.
She is survived by her husband Richard Gurley; daughters, Tammy and Kimberly; two grandchildren; sister, Janet Jerrolds; and brother Larry Arendall.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 1, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Shackelford Funeral Home in Savannah. Service will be in the chapel at 3 p.m., with Helen Hamilton officiating.
