Maxwell Oram Burch

Maxwell Oram “Max” Burch, 92, of Adamsville, passed away at his residence on Sunday, July 21, the son of the late Charles “Red” Edward Burch Sr. and Mary Louise Smith Burch.
He was united in marriage to Shelby Faye Burch who preceded him in death.
Mr. Burch served his country in the U.S. Army and was employed at Chickasaw Electric in Somerville for 33 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Weeks and Mary Warren; his son, Michael Burch; his sister; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Helen “Cissy” Burch Kelley; and his brother, Charles “Red” Edward Burch Jr.
Funeral Services for Mr. Burch were held on Tuesday, July 23, at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel in Oakland, Tennessee, with David Reeves and Carl Doyle officiating. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Wilson, Tennessee.
