National Park Service hosting free Corinth concert

National Park Service in partnership with Visit Corinth is presenting a free public concert in the park on Saturday, Sept. 17.

It takes place on the lawn of the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center in Corinth, Mississippi, starting at 5:30 p.m.

After a break due to the pandemic, this event returns to feature Oxford’s Cody Rogers, Corinth native Jimbo Mathus, and Grammy-award winner Cedric Burnside.

Fans of country, blues, folk, and soul will all have music to enjoy from these artists.

Concertgoers are invited to being lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets, for a night of music on the battlefield.
