Betty Lou McCoy Alexander, 89, of Savannah, departed this life on Monday, October 20, the daughter of the late Willie David McCoy and Sarah Holley Meredith.
She was united in marriage to Joe Walter Alexander, who preceded his wife in death.
Betty was an excellent seamstress and worked for Angelica for over 30 years. She was a member of Savannah Church of Christ and served as a Sunday school teacher.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Alexander.
In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Billie Sue Sharp.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 25, at Milledgeville Cemetery in Milledgeville, Tennessee, with Dustin Perkins officiating.
