Frankie Marie Austin Baugus, 96, of Savannah, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, the daughter of the late James Harvey and Gladys Gibbs Austin.
She was united in marriage to Demps “Banney” Baugus, who preceded his wife in death.
Frankie worked in the cutting room at Brown Shoe Company for over 40 years.
She is survived by her son, Charles Baugus.
In addition to her parents and husband, Frankie was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Austin; and sisters, Grace Pickens, Dorothy Irvin, Ruth McClain, and Corinne Baugus.
Memorial services were held on Monday, May 5, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, Tennessee, with Bobby Pickens officiating. Burial followed at Memory Gardens in Savannah.
