Frankie Bratton

Frankie Bratton, 86, of Morris Chapel, passed away on Friday, Jan. 31, the daughter of the late Frank and Pearl Green Rainey, and the youngest of 5 children.
She was united in marriage to Cleatus Junior Bratton, who preceded his wife in death.
Mrs. Bratton retired from Kimberly-Clark where she worked on the paper line. She previously worked for Garan Manufacturing and Automotive Fabrics. She was of the Baptist belief and attended church all of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Tidwell; and son, Todd Bratton.
In addition to her parents and husband, Frankie was preceded in death by her aunt, who raised her from ages 16-25, Ruby Plunk; brothers, Dee Rainey and JR Rainey; and sisters, Cynthia Vandiver and Louise Kilburn.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, Feb. 8, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Shane Harville and Nick Harville officiating. Burial followed at Old Union Cemetery in Adamsville.
