John Simmons, 59, of Savannah, departed this life on Friday, March 27, in Jackson, Tennessee, the son of the late James Elton and Betty Irene Deshazier Simmons.
He was united in marriage to Jennica Toma, who survives.
John worked as a direct support professional for Easter Seals.
He is survived by his wife, Jennica Simmons; children, Brittany , Courtney Calvery, Conner, Lillian, Joshua, Savannah, Sadie, Lacie, Jaxon, and Carter; sisters, Marilyn Alexander and Debbie Gannon; brother, Jeff Clay; mother-in-law, Mary Toma; sister-in-law, Jessica Morgan; and a host of grandchildren.
Memorial Services were held on Thursdaym April 2, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah.
