Lonny “Sport” Sutton, age 53, of Savannah, passed away Thursday, Sept. 16, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.

He was a native of Auburndale, Florida, electrician for Savannah Electric and Power Company, and owner and operator of Bandit Bowfishing. He was also a member of NWTF - National Wild Turkey Federation.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Woodrow and Joyce Herman Sutton.

He is survived by three children, Jessica Crawford-Paul (Jerry) of Bonifay, Florida, Christopher Sutton of Auburndale, Florida, and Kaley Sutton of Auburndale, Florida; one sister, Barbara Sutton Rodriguez (Kevin) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee; one nephew, Gary Rodriquez (Traci), Hixson, Tennessee; one niece, Kayci Crane (Jordan) of Hixson,Tennessee; three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Arrangements by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Funeral services were at Neal Funeral Home at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, Sept. 22, with Jason Estes officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery - Sugar Creek in Lawrence County, Tennessee. Condolences may be sent at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
