Roy Everett Riley, 88, of Savannah, died on Wednesday, June 24, in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, the son of the late Roy Erwin and Margaret Hoag Pfotzer Riley.
He was united in marriage to Pollyanna Bogan, who survives.
Mr. Riley worked as a carpenter for Vanderheyden Construction Company. He took pride in maintaining his flowers and pond, and was featured in the Courier and Commercial Appeal.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by; his daughters, Laura Specie, Cheryll Hargreaves, and Deidre Riley; two grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Joan Schaffer, Judith Strouse and Nancy Agner.
