Shirl Frazier

Shirl Frazier, of Milledgeville, was born on January 18, 1936 in Milledgeville, Tennessee, the son of the late Kirk Morror and Oleta Cagle Frazier.
On April 27, 1955, he was united in marriage to Shirley Lewis, who preceded her husband in death on January 7, 2003.
Shirl honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a barber at Garner’s Barbershop. He was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church. Shirl enjoyed gardening and being outside.
Shirl Frazier departed this life on May 26, 2026 in Enville, Tennessee, at the age of 90 years, 4 months, and 8 days.
He is survived by his daughters, Darla Frazier of Enville, Tennessee and Dana Holden (Todd) of Milan, Tennessee; son, Darin Frazier (Jennifer) of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Teresa Frazier of Milledgeville, Tennessee; son-in-law, Garry Keen of Parsons, Tennessee; sister, Donna Mason of Arkansas; grandchildren, James Perper, Jr., Jodi Taylor (Donald), Jenni Reeser (Christian), Chaise Frazier (Alaina), Grant Holden (Angelica), and Mason Holden; and great-grandchildren, Ethan Taylor, Knox Keen, Ace Keen, Ollie Frazier, Ellie Holden, and Laney Holden.
In addition to his parents and wife, Shirl was preceded in death by his son, Donald Kirk Frazier; daughter, Delynn Keen; sisters, Nell Cunningham (James) and Janice Stalls (Donald); brother, Paulus Frazier (Esther); and brother-in-law, Dennis Mason.
A Graveside Service was held on May 28, 2026 at the Milledgeville Cemetery in Milledgeville, Tennessee with Dannie Kennedy officiating.
