Tera Jean Dunbar, 30, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, died on Saturday, August 8, at her home in Murfreesboro.
She was born in Savannah, daughter of Brad and Bonnie Dunbar of Murfreesboro, who survive.
She is also survived her children, Veletta and Kingston, as well as her fiancé Jacob Horchler of Columbia, Tennessee; her sister, Stacey Dunbar-Hendricks of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her grandmother, Ruth Dunbar.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mema, and her paternal grandfather, Frank Dunbar.
She was employed as assistant property manager at Extra Space Storage in Murfreesboro.
She was a member of Cross County Church in Columbia, Tennessee.
She was trained at the Dream Center Leadership School in Los Angeles, California. While there, she served in inner-city communities through the Dream Center’s various outreach services.
Services were held on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah with A.K. Robinette officiating. Graveside services followed at Crump Cemetery.
