Terry W. Howell, 78, of Savannah

Terry W. Howell, 78, of Savannah, died on Monday, June 29, in Savannah.
He was born in San Antonio, Texas, the son of the late Thomas Dewey and Lucille Teresa Lopez Howell.
He was united in marriage to Mary E. O’Tinger, who preceded her husband in death.
Mr. Howell served his country proudly in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam.
He retired from Reo Seco Ranch in Mendota, California where he served as a Ranch Foreman. He was a member of Oakland Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughters; Terrie Bolinger and April Simmons; son, Paul Sweat; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Guerra and Wanda Pearlman.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sons, Mark Sweat and Scott Sweat; and 13 brothers and sisters.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11 a.m., at the Memory Gardens in Savannah with Randy Bostick officiating.
