Ann Jones Nancy Sue "Ann" Jones, 68, of Adamsville, died Saturday, Dec. 18, at McNairy County Health Care Center, Selmer. She was the daughter of the late James and Willie Pitts Younger. She was united in marriage to William Jones, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and member of the Counce First United Pentecostal Church. Services were held Tuesday, Dec. 21, at Counce First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Danny Keymon and Rev. Glen Miller officiating. Burial was in Adamsville Cemetery. Arrangements by Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer. She is survived by three daughters, Juanita Collier of Selmer, Robbie Heigh of Medon, Tenn. and Trina Britt, also of Selmer; a son, Bobby Briggs of Jackson, Tenn.; and two brothers, Orvil of Azle, Texas and Michael Younger of Nashville. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Wilbanks; a brother, James Franklin Younger; and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Counce First United Pentecostal Church.
