Betty Lou Prater Stricklin, 86, of Clifton, passed away on Sunday, May 26, the daughter of the late George and Ethel Doyle Prater.
She was united in marriage to James “Jim” Franklin Stricklin, who preceded his wife in death.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clifton, Tennessee.
She is survived by her daughters, Angela Gammill and Melonie Martillo; brother, Larry Prater; sister, Villa Sue Holder; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Betty was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorthy Dent, Harold Prater, and Glen Prater.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, June 1, at First Baptist Church in Clifton, with Clyde Carroll officiating. Burial followed at Clifton Cemetery in Clifton.
