Billy Jaggars Billy Jaggars, 59, of Savannah, formerly of Stantonville, Tenn., died Tuesday, Jan. 18, in Savannah. He was born in McNairy County, the son of the late Amos and Inez Lucy Massey Jaggars. Mr. Jaggars was owner of Bolivar Pawn Stop in Bolivar, Tenn. He was a member of Stantonville Church of Christ. A graveside service was held on Friday, Jan. 21, at the Stantonville Cemetery in Stantonville, Tenn., with Eric Jones officiating. He is survived by one sister, Wanda Lorriane Jaggars of Savannah; five brothers, Thomas of Olive Branch, Miss., James Robert of Stantonville, John Lewis of Savannah, Ronald of Monticello, Ark. and Tony Jaggars of Savannah. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Dollie Sue Cawley.
