Robert “Bob” Erisman, 85, of Savannah, died on Saturday, Sept. 3, in Savannah.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Irvin Elwood Erisman and Minnie Margaret Cordes Erisman. He was united in marriage to Darlyne Louise Sauer, who survives.
Mr. Erisman served his country in the United States Navy and was the owner of of RJE Machinery in Clifton, from which he retired.
In addition to his wife Minnie, he is survived by three sons, Robert J. Erisman II of Linden, Tennessee; Rolf J. Erisman of Clifton; Rudd J. Erisman of Hohenwald, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris E. Bell and Pauline L. Loxley.
