Bobby Cummings Bobby Eugene Cummings, 61, of Savannah, died Sunday, Nov. 25, in Jackson, Tenn. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late James Cecil and Bertha Louise Hodge Cummings. He was united in marriage to Mary Magdalene Laird, who survives. Mr. Cummings served his country in the United States Marines. Services will be held on Friday, Nov. 30, at 2 p.m., at First Assembly of God Church in Savannah with Jerry Milliken, Eric Jones, David Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Grissom Chapel Church Cemetery at Iuka, Miss. In addition to his wife, Mary of Savannah, he is survived by two brothers, Donny Ray Cummings and Billy Cummings, both of Savannah. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Bobby Wilson Cummings and Mark Bradley Cummings; one brother, James Earl Cummings; and one sister, Joyce Ann Cummings.
