Bobby Stanford Sr. (7-26-14) service 7-29-14

Bobby (Daddo) Stanford Sr., 61, of Counce, died Saturday July 26, at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah.
He was born in Haleyville, Ala., the son of the late Virgle William Quentin and Mary Jane Woodall Stanford. He was united in marriage to Teresa Dean Davis, who survives.
Bobby served his country in the Army National Guard. He was owner and operator of Stanford Trucking Company. He was a member of the New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Counce and was also involved with the Pickwick Dragstrip.
In addition to his wife Teresa Stanford of Counce, he is survived by three children, Bobby Stanford Jr. of Savannah, Amanda Mullins of Counce and Stacy Stanford of Nettleton, Miss.; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Leon Stanford of Auburn, Ala., and David Stanford of Haleyville, Ala.
Memorials may be given to the New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Building Fund, 57 Old State Highway 57, Counce, Tenn. 38326.
Services were held on Tuesday, July 29, at New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Counce with Paul Childers and Gerald White officiating. Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery at Iuka, Miss.
