Brenda Whitehead (12-30-19) service 1-18-20

Brenda Lee Staggs Whitehead was a native of Wayne County, born Oct. 28, 1969.

She departed this life on Monday, Dec. 30, at Maury Regional Hospital at the age of 50 years, 1 month, 30 days.

Brenda was a graduate of Wayne County High School. She worked as a CNA prior to becoming disabled.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Staggs and father, Leonard Staggs Sr.; and brother, James Staggs.

She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jason Whitehead of Waynesboro; one son, Timothy Harris Jr. (Erica) of Columbia; one daughter, Kimberly Harris of Waynesboro; two grandsons, Raiden Sherriff Harris and Zaine Wall; two granddaughters, Ainsley Holt and Alexia Holt; one sister, Patricia Jackson (Kevin) of Collinwood; two brothers, Daron Staggs (Jennifer) of Olive Hill and Leonard Staggs Jr. (Marina).

A celebration of Brenda’s life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m., at Highland Church of Christ, Hwy. 13 North, just before the Buffalo River.
