Daurshie Harrison

Daurshie Harrison, 91, of Savannah, died Tuesday, April 30, in Independence, Mo.

She was born in Wayne County, daughter of the late Bid and Charlcie Johnson Kilburn. She was united in marriage to Frank Walker Harrison, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Harrison worked as a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in Savannah.

Services were held on Wednesday, May 8, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Jimmie Robbins officiating. Burial followed in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.

She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Fingerle of Independence, Mo.; and a son, Frank Harrison Jr. of Constatine, Mich.; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; six sisters, Lossie Nolan of South Bend, Ind., Erline Robbins of South Bend, Ind., Christeen Talley of Savannah, Verlin Kilburn of South Bend, Ind., Laverne Morris of Lutts and Peggy Lowe of South Bend, Ind.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Irene Foust; and a brother, Bud Kilburn.
