Deborah Oaks Deborah Willoughby Oaks, 59, of Savannah, died Wednesday, May 4, at the Hardin Medical Center. She was born in Waynesboro, the daughter of the late Henry Delmer and Wilma Lois Rich Willoughby. Ms. Oaks previously worked at Hardin County Bank and for Wayne County Courthouse. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Savannah. Services were held Saturday, May 7, at Shackelford Chapel with Jerry Milliken and Harry Nolen officiating. Burial was in Mount Hermon Cemetery. She is survived by two daughters, Marsha Partain Hampton of Savannah and Mollie Partain of Memphis; five grandchildren; one brother, Jimmy Lee Willoughby of Savannah. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Clara Mae Rich, Dave Allen Rich, Robert Willoughby and Annie Bell Willoughby.
