Dorothy Walsh (11-18-11)

Dorothy Walsh, 78, of Savannah, died Friday, Nov. 18, in Savannah.

She was born in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of the late Stephen and Marie Heldak Lucas. She was united in marriage to Salvator DiSimone and later to George James Walsh, both of whom preceded her in death.

Mrs.Walsh was a secretary and dispatcher for American Freight Systems in Palatine, Ill. She was a members of the Teamsters Union Local 710.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Sims of Olive Hill and Tracy Dickerson of Savannah; two sons, John DiSimone of Savannah and James Walsh of Chicago, Ill.; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
