Edith Nell Dixon Weatherspoon, 69, of Savannah, passed away on Monday, Dec. 25, the daughter of the late Henry “Bud” Casey and Hattie Estella Dixon.
Edith worked in construction. She was a member of Saint John Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Toyce Dixon, Jordan Weatherspoon, and Terrance Arnold; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; stepdaughter, Shana Toliver, stepsons, Dontillos Toliver and Julius Toliver; and four step-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Kiawasha Weatherspoon and Kizi Davis; and son Juan Dixon.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, Dec. 30, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah. Burial followed at Memory Gardens in
