Elaine Allen (9-6-10) services 9-9-10

Elaine Allen, 76, Counce, died Monday, Sept. 6, at Magnolia Regional Health Center.

She was the daughter of the late William and Maudie Killough Spencer. She was united in marriage to Wayne Allen, who survives.

Mrs. Allen was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Counce.

Services will be held today, Thursday, Sept. 9, at 2 p.m., at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Dr. Ken Story officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery.

In addition to her husband Wayne Allen of Counce, she is survived by two daughters, Wanda Jo Roberts of Counce and Judy Crotts of Savannah; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Era Mae Putt of Corinth, Miss.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Derrell and Richard Spencer; and two sisters, Vera Miller and Lola Norton.
