Frances Smith Frances R. Smith, 95, of Savannah, died Tuesday, April 3, in Savannah. She was born in Coffeyville, Kan., the daughter of the late Charles W. and Roselee Fine Conrad. She was united in marriage to Vernon Ellis Smith, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a caregiver for elderly patients. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 5, at the Overbrook Cemetery in Hardin County with John Johnston officiating. She is survived by two daughters, LaDonna Janet Vielmann of Cleburne, Texas and Gwenda F. Graham of Battleground, Wash.; one son, Clifton Uriah Smith of Olive Hill; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Gordon Conrad of Weslaco, Texas. She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Chester, Wade, Divear, Bill and Corol Conrad; and three sisters, Grace Clark, Louise Burnett and Haroldine Gardener; and one infant daughter, Marceal JoAnne Smith.
