Franklin D. “Pud” Pevahouse, 72, of Clifton, died on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tenn. He was born in Clifton, Tenn. the son of the late Henry Allen and Delia Mae McDonald Pevahouse. He was united in marriage to Oda Mae Prater who survives.

Mr. Pevahouse was a retired pilot with Tennessee Valley Towing.

Graveside services were Saturday, Oct. 26, at Prater’s Chapel Cemetery in Clifton, Tenn. with Jimmy Pearcy officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Oda Mae Prater Pevahouse; son, Mark Pevahouse; daughter, Melissa Pevahouse, all of Clifton; three grandchildren; great--grandchild; brothers, Ronald “Pete” Pevahouse and Tommy Pevahouse; sisters, Peggy Alley and Wanda “Lucy” Pevahouse all of Clifton, Tenn.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Pevahouse was preceded in death by a son, Darrin Pevahouse; brothers, Carl Pevahouse Jr., Bobby Pevahouse, and Malcon Pevahouse; sisters, Ruth Pevahouse and Inez Kiddy Burton.
