Harold Walter Jollye, 76, of Milledgeville, died on Monday, Oct. 7, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tenn. He was born in Peoria, Ill., the son of the late Herman Francis and Mildred Elizabeth Jollye. He was united in marriage
to Sutie Jollye, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Jollye was a retired mechanic and owner of Jollye Wrecker Service. He was a United States Navy Veteran.

Services were held on Thursday, Oct. 9, at Sinner’s Hope Church in Sardis, Tenn. with Lloyd Blankenship officiating. Burial followed at Milledgeville Cemetery in Milledgeville.

He is survived by three sons. Michael Funderburk of Adamsville, Rodney Lee Jollye of Peoria, Ill. and Jeffrey Lee Jollye; five daughters, Sue Gorney of Decaturville, Tenn., Marie Dickerson of Savannah, Kimbra Lee Jollye, Brenda Lee Jollye and Lisa Marie Hyde all of Peoria, Ill.

In addition to his parents and his wife Sutie Jollye, he was preceded in death by his son, Tommy Dickerson and daughter, Virginia Mary Matheny.
