Idell Rowland Idell Roland Rowland, 91, of Crump, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, at her home. She was born in the Masseyville Community of Chester County, the daughter of the late James Caleb and Viola Jane Thomas Roland. She was united in marriage to Buford Martin Rowland, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Rowland was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crump. Funeral Services were held Saturday, Jan. 15, at Shackelford–Casey Chapel with Rev. Jeff Hardy officiating and burial in Cave Springs Cemetery in Chester County. She is survived by a son, Sammy Rowland of Christiana, Tenn.; and two daughters, Nancy Hardy of Crump and Geraldine Russell of Eads, Tenn.; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Gladys Holmes, Gladis Smith and Sue Nell Holmes; and a brother, Gene Roland.
