Irene Clement Irene E. Hamm Clement, 84, of Savannah, died Monday, May 17, at the Hardin Medical Center Health and Rehabilitation Center in Savannah. She was born in Perry County, Tenn., the daughter of the late Johnny I. and Essie Hickerson Hamm. She was united in marriage to L.V. Clement, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Clement was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Primitive Baptist Church. Services were held on Thursday, May 20, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Gene Guest officiating. Burial was in the Culp Cemetery at Wayne County. She is survived by one sister, Myrtle Lois Bain of Savannah. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Jewel Rhodes; and two brothers, J.B. Hamm and William Robert Hamm.
