Jack Harville

Jack Harville, 85, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Jan. 23.

He was born in Wayne County, Tenn., the son of the late Clarence and Ollie Price Harville. He was united in marriage to Robbie Stricklin, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Harville was self-employed as a logger and enjoyed working on lawnmowers.

Services were held on Saturday, Jan. 26, at Neill Cemetery in Savannah with Willie Paul Kilburn officiating. Burial followed in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.

He is survived by his children, Jackie Kay Wilkerson and Timmy Harville, both of Savannah; sister, Thelma McDonald of Savannah; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by brothers, Melvin and Bill Harville; sisters, Virginia Smith, Edith Sandusky, and an infant sister.
