James "Aaron" Young (10-8-10) services 10-14-10

James "Aaron" Young, 76, of Hardin County, died Friday, Oct. 8.

He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late James Hubert and Lydia Jewel Young. He was united in marriage to Rachel Sue Reynolds, who survives.

Mr. Young worked for Pyramid Products Warehouse for 31 years and Hidden Lake Care Center as a dietary aide for 12 years. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Raytown, Mo.

Services were held on Thursday, Oct. 14, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Roger Scott officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Hermon Cemetery at Hardin County.

In addition to his wife, Rachel Young, he is survived by a daughter, Penny Scott of Raymore, Mo.; a son, Russell Young of Boyard, Mo.; four grandchildren; a sister, Nila Franks of Columbia, Tenn.; two brothers, Ancil and Ernest Young, both of Savannah.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Rayford Young; and a sister, Seleta McCall.
