James Junior Benson James Junior Benson, 67, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Aug. 8. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Arlin and Agnes Highland Benson. Mr. Benson was self-employed in the vinyl siding business. Services were held on Friday, Aug. 10, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with David Highland officiating. Burial followed in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Hardin County. He is survived by a son, C.J. Burcham of Savannah; daughters, Tracy Davis and Jamie Cagle, both of Savannah; two grandchildren; sister, Brenda Davis of Savannah; brothers, Calvin and Billy Benson, both of Savannah. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sue Benson Roberts.
