James Allen White, of Savannah, was born in Florence, Alabama on Sept. 18, 1987, the son of James Edward White and Shirley Hutton Mace.
On March 1, 2013, James was united in marriage to Jessica LoPorto, who survives.
James did carpentry work and also had worked on a towboat.  He was a member of Living Word Fellowship.  James loved to fish and hunt. James loved everyone. Spending time with his wife, children, family and friends was the most important part of his life. 
He departed this life on Monday, Feb. 19, in Savannah, at the age of 30 years, 5 months and 1 day.
In addition to his wife, Jessica, he is survived by his children, Hunter, Amara and Ayla, all of Savannah; his mother, Shirley Mace and her husband Jeffrey of Savannah; his father, James White of Florence, Alabama; one brother, Dalton White of Waterloo, Alabama; grandmothers, Barbara Austin of Savannah and Josephine White of Florence, Alabama.
James was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Ray Hutton and R.T. White.
Services were held on Friday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m., at the Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Ronnie Sanders officiating. Burial followed in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Savannah.
