Jeffrey Tillman Jeffrey Haywood Tillman, formerly of Savannah, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 27, at the age of 58 years, 9 months. He was the son of Peggy Tillman and the late Jack Tillman. He was a businessman with Boilerworks, Inc., in Concord, N.C. In addition to his mother Peggy Tillman of Savannah, he is survived by his brother, Rance Tillman of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; daughters, Elisha Tillman of Canton, Ga., and Claire Tillman of Marietta, Ga.; two grandsons, Mason and Riley; fiancée Judy Zech of Charlotte, N.C.; and best friends and partners, Sharon Smith and Andy Walton. Services were held on Sunday, Oct. 28, at Concord, N.C.
