Jimmy Carl Harville, 71, of Adamsville, died Saturday, Dec. 22, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson, Tenn.

He was the son of the late Homer and Voneta Turner Harville. He was united in marriage to Willodean Landreth, who survives.

Services were held Monday, Dec. 24, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Adamsville, with Marvin Morrow, Shane Thompson officiating. Burial followed at Mars Hill Cemetery, Adamsville. Arrangements by Shackelford Funeral Directors Selmer.

In addition to his wife, Willodean Harville of Adamsville, he is survived by two sons, Dewayne of Stantonville, Tenn., and Josh Harville of Adamsville; five sisters, Frankie Nell Hall, Cora Magdalena Hill, Lena Bell Cook and Ruthie Lee Murray, all of Adamsville, and Jo Ellen Campion of Selmer; two brothers, James Sincler and Jerry Dee Harville, both of Adamsville; and four grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Sue Moore; and a brother, Webster Harville.
