John Paul Byrd (11-27-17)

John Paul Byrd, 51, of Parsons, Tennessee, departed this life on Monday, Nov. 27.
He was born Sept. 6, 1966, in Fulton, Kentucky.
He is survived by two sons, Charles Wesley Byrd and Jonathon Byrd, both of Obion County, Tennessee; two grandchildren; and four sisters, Ruth Anderson of Yakima, Washington, Angie Harvey of Milan, Illinois, Teresa Brown of Blue Springs, Missouri, and Mary Whitt of Savannah.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James P. Byrd Jr. and Georgia Fulcher Byrd; three brothers, James P. Byrd III, Jimmy Byrd, Charlie Byrd; two sisters, Judy Byassee and Lisa Byrd; and his dog, Lil Bit.
He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for B&D Logistics as a long-haul truck driver for 25 years.
He was a loving father for the past 16 years to Brittany and JoJo Williams.
Memorial service will be announced at a later time.
