Judy Annette Locke Judy Annette Locke was born in Hardin County, on Dec. 20, 1948, the daughter of Lauren and Frances Neill Locke. Judy was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She loved to write, talk on the phone and she especially loved to read her Bible. Judy loved all children and babies. She departed this life on Thursday, Aug. 2, in Savannah, at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 13 days. Judy is survived by her parents, Lauren and Frances Locke of Savannah. Services were held on Sunday, Aug. 5, at 3 p.m., at Southside Baptist Church in Savannah with Benny Taylor, Frank Kemper, L.D. Kennedy officiating. Burial followed in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.
